David Saperstein is a rabbi, lawyer and leader who served as United States Ambassador-at-Large for International Religious Freedom. He has spent decades at the forefront of the Jewish social justice movement as the now emeritus director of the Religious Action Center (RAC) of Reform Judaism and through his work with groups such as the NAACP, Common Cause and People for The American Way.
