The Top 10 Most-Read Stories of 2024
As we close out another year, and begin Moment’s 50th of publication, we’re taking a look back at our most-read stories from 2024. It was a whirlwind year, marked by a momentous election, protests on college campuses and in the streets of American cities over the war in Gaza, and the worrying rise of anti-Israel sentiment and antisemitism globally. Moment’s top articles of 2024 cover these topics and more relating to religion, politics, culture and the Jewish world. These include impassioned defenses of Zionism—and critiques of anti-Zionism—a history of the Chabad movement, a view on the ground from Israel and even analyses of Jewish and Jew-ish pop culture trends.
In sharing this list, we hope our readers will look back at this year with a critical eye, and revisit Moment’s consistent and comprehensive coverage of the year’s events.
