The New York Times today reported about a spike in the number of lawsuits that are challenging a provision in President Obama’s new health care law, which requires employers to cover birth control in group health plans. The lawsuits, filed by Catholics, evangelicals, and Mennonites, seem to be heading to the Supreme Court.
