Chappell Roan – Not Jewish
Kayleigh Rose Amstutz, known professionally as Chappell Roan, is an American singer and songwriter born February 19, 1998, in Willard, MO. After releasing her debut studio album, The Rise and Fall of a Midwest Princess in September 2023, she gained global fame when her 2024 single “Good Luck Babe” gained seven million streams in its first week and shot up Billboard’s Hot 100 chart. That same year, she was nominated for four Grammy Awards and took home one for “Best New Artist.” Though sometimes mistaken for Jewish, Roan has spoken openly about her religious Christian upbringing, but has said she no longer identifies with the church.
