Adam Yauch (MCA) – Jewish

Adam Yauch, known by his stage name MCA, was an American rapper, musician, and founding member of the influential hip-hop group the Beastie Boys. He was born in Brooklyn, NY. His mother, Frances (née Glick), was Jewish, and his father, Noel Yauch, was Catholic. He had a nonreligious upbringing. Yauch passed away in 2012 after battling cancer.
